- COFELY Services offer technical management contracts specifically adapted to the customer's needs, while taking on all responsibilities related to the running, monitoring, checking, preventative maintenance, breakdown solving and repair of the installations.
- COFELY Services is also in a position to be able to offer total guarantee formulae whereby, in return for an annual fee, it undertakes to maintain the installations for which it is responsible in perfect working order for the entire length of the contract. It also offers the unique possibility of contracts of the "Services Level Agreement" type.
- COFELY Services is able to take on energy management, and in this case it makes a commitment to optimise output and make substantial savings.
- COFELY Services has also developed a wide range of services organised around utilities, both in industry and in the tertiary sector; this means that it can arrange contracts taking total responsibility for the generation of heating, gas or industrial fluids.
